森林浴 / Forest bathing

こんにちは。

実家の家は、ほぼキャンプ、葉です。

超田舎生まれという事もあって、虫とかいるの普通だし、虫とか全然怖くないんですよ。

（好きというわけではありません。怖くはないだけ）

虫を見てキャーキャー言っている子供たちにいつも、

「地球に住んでるんだから虫いるに決まってるじゃん、当たり前じゃん」と言うと、

「そんな事言ってるの、周りにお母さんだけだよ、お母さん強すぎだよ（苦笑）」と毎回このやり取りをしてます（笑）

ああ、田舎の山のちょっと湿った空気感のマイナスイオンに覆われて、過呼吸になるくらい深呼吸したい。

おにぎりを持って行って、喉乾いたら滝の冷たい水を飲みたい。

休みの日に山登りとかしてみたいけど、旦那全然休みの日をゆっくり趣味で過ごすとかお出かけするとか頭にない人だし。周りも山登りする人居なそうだしな～。

実家帰って、山に行きたくても、子ども達虫がいるからやだとか言いそうだし。

いっそのこと、何かそんなコミュニティ入ればいいのか？？

ガチの登山同好会ではなく、「ゆる～く山登りしまーす同好会」とか「森林浴同好会」みたいな。

SNSでコミュニティーとか参加したことないから、どんなんか分からん。

ちょっと調べてみようかな。

これを機に、今年中に最低一回は「森林浴」する機会作りたいと思います！

I was born in a very rural area, so I’m not scared of them at all.

Whenever my kids scream when they see bugs,

I tell them “Of course there are bugs because we live on Earth, that’s obvious,”

and they say “You’re the only one around who says that, mom, you’re too strong (wry smile).”

Ah, I want to be surrounded by the negative ions of the slightly humid air of the countryside and take a deep breath so deep I hyperventilate.

I want to take some rice balls with me and drink cold water from a waterfall when I get thirsty.

I’d like to go mountain climbing on my days off, but my husband is the kind of guy who doesn’t think about spending his days off relaxing on his hobbies or going out. I don’t think there’s anyone around me who goes mountain climbing.

Even if I go back to my parents’ house and want to go to the mountains, my kids will probably say they don’t want to because there are bugs.

Maybe I should just join some kind of community? ?

Not a serious mountain climbing club, but more like a “Casual Mountain Climbing Club” or a “Forest Bathing Club.”

I’ve never joined a community on social media, so I don’t know what it’s like.

I might look into it a bit.

I’d like to take this opportunity to try some “forest bathing” at least once this year!
