今、会社では管理職をやっていますが、昨年から経営体制が変わり、売り上げの伸び悩みに対するこれまでのやり方に対する是正や、職場環境の改善など会社全体としての変化が起きているし、求められています。
先日、他部署との会議の前に、他部署の会議を取りまとめている担当者から各部の長へ、「各部から今回議題にしたい内容はないか？」とのメールが届きました。
翌日、朝一で「〇〇の案件管理について議題に上げたい」と私の上司CCでメール返信しました。
するとすぐ、私の上司から「メール見てビックリしたんだけど！！ちょうどその件を次の取り組もう（議題に上げよう）と思ってたんだよ！頭の中を見られてるかと思った！盗聴器でも仕込んでんじゃないの？（笑）」連絡がありました。
上司は、その日ずっとその話を周りにしてました（笑）
日頃からぼーと過ごしてはいませんが、やはりこのヒーラー活動を開始すると決め動き出した辺りから、「より感がよく働く」んですよ。センサー感度がだいぶ上がっています。
私は、ヒーラー活動や占い活動だけをしてきた生粋のヒーラーではないけれど、“その立場にならないと分からない事”って沢山あると思うんです。

色んな立場を経験したからこそ分かる事と見える事

I am currently a manager at my company, and the management structure has changed since last year. Changes are occurring and are being expected across the company, including correcting the way things have been done in the past to address sluggish sales and improving the work environment.
Last week, before a meeting with other departments, the person in charge of coordinating the meeting sent an email to each department head asking, “Is there anything that each department would like to bring up on the agenda today?”
The next day, first thing in the morning, I replied to an email with my boss in CC saying, “I would like to bring up the topic of project management for XX.”
Immediately afterwards, my boss said to me, “I was super surprised when I saw your email! I was just about to bring that up as the next item on the agenda! I thought you could see inside my head. Have you installed a listening device or something? (lol)”
My boss was talking about it all day long (laughs).
I think about a lot of things on a daily basis, but since I decided to start working as a healer and started moving, my “senses” have really kicked in. My sensor sensitivity has increased considerably.
I am not that healer who has only worked as a healer or fortune teller, but I think there are many things that I can’t understand unless I am in that position.
Worried about “work,” “your boss,” “your subordinates,” “finding a job or changing jobs,” “love and relationships,” “raising children,” “the parent community,” “your parents-in-law,” “your relationship with my spouse,” etc…
I can understand and see things that I have seen because I have experienced many different positions.
I believe that my life experiences have become the roots, trunk, leaves, flowers, and fruit of the tree that is me.
So, I am always available to talk to you.
